Shipping and Local Pickup

We currently offer shipping within Canada and to Australia only. Delivery rates are based on destination, package size, and carrier pricing. Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout. 

A notification will be emailed to you once your order ships, processing time takes 4-7 days. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed. 

Free local pickup from our Toronto warehouse is available Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.

*Please note that some of our rugs are drop shipped directly from our supplier. In these cases customers will need to wait 2 weeks for pickup. 

Rug Shipments

All rugs ship for a $75 flat fee to Canadian addresses. 

Remote Canadian locations - Please contact us for a quote. 

Orders to Australia will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Returns

Refunds or exchanges can be done within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email krystin@shophacienda.com within 3 days if your item has been damaged during shipping. A refund will be issued in the original method of payment once the item has been returned in good condition. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

Non-Refundable Items

Original art, handmade items and discounted items are final sale. Special orders are final sale, delivery costs, shipping and fees are non-refundable.
